Anyone staying on our campsite needs a valid ticket for our festival for every day of their stay.

  • The campsite opens on Friday July 3 at noon. Please check in on arrival.

  • Campers are expected to vacate the premises by Monday July 6 at noon.

Camping is only allowed in designated areas. Putting up tents or parking campers outside these areas is prohibited.

Feel free to bring your own food and drinks on the campsite, but do not bring them with you on the festivalsite. Cooking stoves, grills, lamps, ... on propane are allowed.

Campers can use all facilities (showers, washtables, toilet, ...). You're kindly requested to keep the facilities clean and use them properly. Keep in mind you're sharing these facilities with other campers.

Handicapped people, people with a chronic illness or allergies are kindly invited to explicitely notify us when checking in, or beforehand via mail. We'll do our very best to accomodate to your needs!

Foxbarn Picking will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. We advise against bringing valuable items. Really need to bring your Rolex? Keep it in a locked car, out of sight. Do not leave valuable items in your tent.

We don't have designated 'quiet zones' on our campsite (it's not a metalmeeting you know). Although bluegrass pickin' is allowed round the clock, we'd like to ask you to keep it down between 2am and 8am. The campsite is there for everyone - families, volunteers, bands - and most of us need the quiet hours. We're counting on some common sense and politeness. If someone gets upset, be nice, have chat, fix it.

Pets are allowed on the campsite. Keep dogs on a leash at all times.

Leave the campsite as you found it; tidy and clean. We're on municipal terrain and would really like to use this site again.
